Damages & Issues

We do not offer returns as every article is made to order. Your purchase is eligible for an exchange within 15 days of delivery, only if it meets the following conditions:

Defective or incorrect items: please share your order details and images of the product with us and ensure that the product you return is unused with the original tags in place. After our team has carefully reviewed the order, in case it is incorrect piece or one with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will re-fulfil your order with the same or similar product. 

Incorrect size: In case the garment delivered to you is not the correct size, it can be exchanged. Size exchanges are only available within the same piece.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes (including cancellations, shipping & billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.)
No refunds will be provided to the customer if they have provided a wrong or incomplete address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

The exchanged product will be delivered in 5-7 business days

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
